An innovative business in the beauty industry needed to attract an outstanding candidate for a critical strategic role.
Approach
We discussed the needs of the business and the requirements of the role with the CEO. We reviewed existing recruitment materials and a draft position description. Because this is an innovative company, they didn’t want potential candidates to see them as a typical beauty industry business.
With the needs of the business in mind we designed a new position description and recruitment advertisement with a focus on the core values and aspirations of the business.
Outcome
An outstanding candidate was attracted to the role and was subsequently hired as a key team member, already committed to the vision and values of the business.
